The projet authors ( Artem Shyshkin and Andrew Rybak) have been in packing business for nearly 10 years. We were going in for cardboard tube and tin package( www.light-pack) but for nowadays we are focused on different designed material' packages.                                                                                                                  The production is located in Dnipro city on the Bank of the same name river Dnipro, where  machine production is coinsided with the manual assembly workshop.                                          We've done a lot of different packaging format( the biggest collection on FB page) for the period of the project development. And we are proud to say that none of ugly box has not come out of our production gate:)                                            We make souvenir boxes for nearly all cognac producers of Ukraine( Tavria, Koktebel, Shustov). Also we make boxes for  BASF, Ives Rocher, RadaBank, CreditDnepr Bank, PlayBoy and others. Our production is sold in 43 EPICENTRES around Ukraine.                                                                                                            Now we've decided to change the way of the order implementations for our industry - to simplify and facilitate much your and our life.                                                                                         The constructor you are in right now, is the very thing we are talking about.                                                                                                             We haven't faced yet the exact analog of our project in the world.                                                                                                                       We are open to constructive critics and any types of cooperation and peace. Image converter is installed into our constructor.                                     

We get files in formate png,jpg,jpeg, ai,eps, svg.                                      

.png .jpg .jpeg fit to image visualization,but are very bad for printing. 

We advise to use vector graphics for printing.                   

.ai .eps .svg - vector graphics,the best option for printing( it visualizes the format svg best of all.                                                             

How to prepare the file for visualization and printing in the best way.                                                                                                                 

- to load file into Adobe  Illustrator                                                                                                                 

- simplify the chromaticity to 1-2 colors.

- delete unnecessary strokes                                                                               

- convert the text into crooked" SELECT"> all, then "Type> create Outlines"                                                                                                       

- From the MANU click to " File>Save as" and choose SVG. Save with standard settings.                                                                                     

- File of loading into constructor is ready.                                                     

If you loaded some vectorfile and it isn't correctly displayed - no problem! - We take the source for printing and when needed,correct it in a proper way.                                                              

As our production is half automatic and half manual, we can make any product that comes to your mind, but!                                      

We've  specially created constructor like this in order to optimize all processes and cost. Any deviation of it or any changes will cause additional  draftings, stamps orderes etc. That entails permanently the cost growth. You'd be ready for above situation.

The constructor includes 2 terms tipes:                                                          

- standart - 20 working days from the date of prepayment                   

- expedited terms- 8 working days from  accelerated prepayment( + 20% to the price).                                                                                                                       

You choose the producing speed on the final order stage. 

How is the terms calculated? If payment id made till the 12th day the term is calculated from that day, if later- from the next day.

Also for terms added shipping time. It is typically 5-14 days.                         

We represent 3 types of printing in our constructor:                                  

1. Silk screen printing-one of the oldest rinting method which the paint is applied to, through pattern with the smallest holes.                                                                                                                         

How it happens:                                                                        

Silk spreen printing is the best friend of design materials, Indisputable plus for this type of printing is the ability to print on any cover- structured paper, leatherette,wood etc. on any colors, for example ,white on black. Digital printing hasn't got such advantages. Silk screen printing gives saturated color and small convex while printing that adds the charm.                              Minus is- inability of the gradients( color crossover) printing. Every new color is different mode of printing and the cost is increasing accordingly.                                                                                       One-two colors more frequently.  

2. Potal embossing( foil stamping)- very effective kind of printing. When the foil is pressed to material with a help of hot cliche.

Shiny one, metallized kinds of foil with wide color spectrum are used more often.                                                                                         FOIL STAMPING: 

" Blind stamping"- when the picture is pressed on material.

For the stamping process it's necessary to make cliche with your picture( logo) with the following printing. Cliche cost depends on sizes. 

3. Digital printing - mode of printing that allows to put fully colored picture upon light paper. We often use white and beige paper.
